My husband and I had a fabulous experience with Mari and her Stage Fright team when we had all but lost hope with the “soft” real estate market. We listed our home in late April believing spring was the prime time to sell, and at a reasonable price recommended by our agents. During the next 7 weeks we had over 50 showings and 5 open houses and even lowered our price. Although we got positive feedback from the visitors, we received no offers. Our real estate professional recommended that we consider staging our house prior to listing to get maximum value for the property. Stage Fright was recommended, with accompanying examples of other home sales that Stage Fright had assisted with and the type of results that had been obtained. We contacted Mari, and had her visit for a consultation. With the initial walk-through of our house, it was evident that Mari has a keen eye for what buyers are looking for. She provided a very detailed consultation report from which we settled on the items that we could work on, together, to improve the presentation of the house. Mari and her team did most of the actual work themselves, including painting, lighting, etc., enlisting some trade people for specific items.
